A new low-cost housing project on Wolweriver Farm which will see the resettlement of approximately 2000 individuals (450 families) from two informal settlements.

We supplied lightweight assembled panels to the contractor as a solution for low-cost housing. These preassembled panels were manufactured in our factory.

LSF PROFILES:

• 90mm wall and roof panels

MATERIAL USED:

• 0.5mm Galvanised steel 90mm U-section

• 0.5mm mini-rib sheeting (cladding material)

• Alu-bubble

DELIVERED TO SITE: Preassembled with Alu-bubble and mini-rib cladding for easier & faster on-site construction. Recently one of the units burnt out (image 8), but fortunately all occupants escaped unscaved.
