For this project, the client wanted to revamp their home with a contemporary touch while addressing the exposed pipes that left the exterior vulnerable to the elements. BuildTec enlisted us to supply durable beams and frames for weather resistance, not only enhancing the home’s appearance but also providing long-term protection.

The concept designs and installation were expertly handled by BuildTec, while we, at LSF Construction, supplied custom-designed, weather-resistant panels tailored to the project specifications. To enhance the property further, we also designed a durable deck and bench, combining functionality with style. The pre-assembled panels increased the efficiency of the on-site work.
