For this one-bedroom, open-plan house, our client had a particular vision: to create a sleek, functional rental unit that would attract tenants while maximising space and style. From start to finish, we worked closely with our client to ensure every detail matched his goals - and the result speaks for itself!

Using light steel framing (LSF), we built a compact yet durable structure that includes a spacious open-plan living area, a cosy bedroom, and a contemporary bathroom. The efficient design made the most of every square metre.
